JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a suitable representation before the District Collector, Gurgaon, making grievance regarding the alleged tampering and fabrication of the official record by respondent No. 5

direct the Collector to look into the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
Counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to that course of action being followed. In the circumstances, we direct that in case the petitioner files a suitable representation before the District Collector, Gurgaon, the latter shall examine the same and if necessary, hold an enquiry into allegations made therein and take appropriate action in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than four months from the date the complaint is filed. This petition is disposed of leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
