Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the gun in the present case belonged to the father of the petitioner, who was arrested on 4.2.2008 and was released on regular bail on 5.3.2008. The alleged incident occurred at the time of marriage. The injuries suffered by two waiters were found to be simple. The petitioner is student of 10+2. He further submitted that he has already joined investigation. The factum of petitioner's joining investigation is not disputed by counsel for the State .
Be that as it may, without recording any finding on the merits of the controversy, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 9.5.2008 is made absolute.
The petition is disposed of.
