CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH BINDAL
Present:Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

RAJESH BINDAL J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been released on regular bail by the Court below and he had been regularly appearing in the trial. On 19.2.2008, the petitioner could not appear for the reason that he had to rush to his daughter's residence because of certain problem. He himself surrendered before the Court on 18.3.2008. He further undertakes to appear regularly in future.
Keeping in view the above facts where the petitioner had himself surrendered before the Court after absenting only for a day for which sufficient cause has been shown, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karnal.
The petition is disposed of.
