In the present case, impugned order is assailed on the ground that the Rent Controller had not assessed the provisional rent. The Rent Controller has framed an issue to the extent `whether rent is Rs.1,000/- p.m. as pleaded by the tenant or not'? The Court has further formulated an issue whether tenant is in arrears of rent, if so at what rate?. Counsel for the petitioner state that the parties had already led their evidence on these issues.
In view of this, no interference is called for, while exercising revisional jurisdiction, as parties had led the evidence on the issues framed

and the Rent Controller is pronouncing order in the near future.
The present petition is disposed off.
