This is petition against order dated 16.9.2006 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jind whereby accused-petitioner and three others had been charge sheeted for the offence under Sections 304-B/406 IPC.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased lady. Counsel for the petitioner argues that it was a natural death and there was no evidence that there was any demand soon before death. He also argues that the death of the lady took place in the parental home.
I have gone through the order. The points being raised by the petitioner are matter of evidence. There is no good ground to interfere.
Dismissed.
