Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners in this batch of cases, on instruction, has submitted that so far the grievance of the petitioners raised in MJC No. 827 of 2025, 839 of 2025 and 844 of 2025 are concerned, the same have been substantially redressed. However, certain minor discrepancies still remain, for which the petitioners seek liberty to avail the appropriate remedy before the competent authorities.

Learned Advocate for the University and the State appearing in all the aforesaid cases submits and reiterates the statement to the extent that all the admissible amount has been paid to the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, MJC No. 827 of 2025, MJC No. 839 of 2025 and MJC No. 844 of 2025 are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the competent authority in respect of the remaining minor discrepancies, if so advised.
