The present petition has been preferred for the

following relief(s):

“for initiation of contempt proceeding

against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 25.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16552 of 2016.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.2889 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2

sole petitioner is no more and as such, the matter stands abated.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands

disposed of.
