In view of the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the petitioners that the present petition is filed for modification of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7704 of 2025, the defect as pointed out by the stamp reporter stands ignored.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that though the writ petition came to be disposed off vide order dated 02.09.2025 with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Director, Primary Education, Education Department,

Government of Bihar, Patna to consider the representation of the petitioners and dispose off in the light of the decisions referred hereinabove, within a period of eight weeks. However, on account of inadvertence, certain mistakes have occurred in the father’s name of the petitioner nos. 3 and 41; and further some error has occurred in the name of petitioner nos. 15 and 34, besides the mistakes in the school name and address of place of posting of petitioner no. 41 and, as such, the present modification application has been filed.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner no. 15 has wrongly been mentioned as “Praveen Singh” instead of “Praveen Kumar Singh” , whereas the name of petitioner no. 34 has been mentioned as “Governdhan Pandit” instead of “Goverdhan Pandit” . Similarly, the father’s name of the petitioner no. 3 is mentioned as “Ran Vijay Kumar Singh” instead of “Ran Bijay Kumar Singh” and the father’s name of the petitioner no. 41 has wrongly been mentioned as “Maheshnand Tiwari” instead of “Maheshanand Tiwari” and further petitioner no. 41 was working as Block Teacher at Government Middle School, Sahabganj, Block- Belhar, District- Banka , but it has been wrongly mentioned as “at present working as Block Teacher at Government Upgraded Middle School, Karanpur, Block- Sambhuganj, District- Banka.
