Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

The present application has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor- opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2025 in CWJC No.19843 of 2025 passed by this Court.

At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that final order has been recorded and a copy of the show cause has already been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.04.2026. He further submits that all the

grievances of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives for adjudication.
