The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is

“That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ /order / direction, commanding the Respondent Authorities to pay all the retiral benefit like G.P.F., Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension etc. with all consequential benefit alongwith statutory interest thereupon.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that that Pension Payment Order (PPO) has been issued in respect of the retiral dues but certain dues are required to be paid and as such the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for remaining due which the petitioner has not been paid till date before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, to be considered in light of the several decisions of the High Court, as well as, the judgment dated 14.09.2018 passed in CWJC No.11843 of 2014, pursuant to which, the Director, Secondary Education has also issued Memo No.687 dated 27.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Director, Secondary Education. In that case, the Director, Secondary Education is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and also considering the judgment dated 14.09.2018 passed in CWJC No.11843 of 2014, within a period
