Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the objection raised by the Office is not correct.

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that the objection raised by the Office is correct as the proper remedy available to the petitioner is to file an MJC

application as direction has already been made to the petitioner to file a representation which according to petitioner, has already been filed.

Counsel further submits that for non-compliance of any order, the only remedy left to the petitioner is to file MJC application for willful disobedience of the order.

This Court finds that the objection raised by the Office is absolutely in accordance with law. As such, this Court without expressing any opinion on limitation, hereby disposed of the present writ application, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy considering the question of limitation also.
