The Registrar of the University consider the claim of the petitioner and if he finds that same is in accordance with law, he must ensure to dispose of the representation of the petitioner forthwith and ensure payment to the petitioner well within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
