The present writ petition has been filed for

following reliefs :-

“(i) For issuance of a writ for a direction to the respondents authorities to restrain the construction work of boundary wall by respondent no. 7 by which respondent no. 7

obstructing the common way (rasta) of petitioners which restricted the access of petitioners to their respective plots permanently.

petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed

as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.

It is directed that the lower court/ appropriate authority shall look into the issue of limitation afresh, taking into account the fact that the petitioner had approached the Hon’ble High Court by way of instant writ petition.
