To quash the order dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure-P/8) passed by the Additional Collector, Patna in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.44/2018-19 whereby he has cancelled the Jamabandi of the land purchased by the Petitioners that is Khata No.63,Plot No.352, Area-1 Bigha, 6.5 Kattha, 10 Dhur situated at village-Gopalpur, P.S. Gaurichak, District-Patna.

C. To direct the Anchladhikari,

Sampatchak, District-Patna to accept rent online from the Petitioners and after receiving the same issue receipts of the aforesaid land.
