The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-

“I. For a direction to the Circle Officer, Sonepur, Saran to take step to measure and demarcate land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 846, Khesara No. 1945, Total Area 2 Katha 19 Dhur under MauzaBharpur, Sonepur by engaging Anchal Amin and to erect the cemented pillar after demarcation of land.

II. To provide any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.”

The Circle Officer, Sonepur, Saran, must forthwith proceed to measure the land in question after accepting the fees for the measurement, in accordance with law.
