Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
(i) To set aside the order dated 31.05.2025 in JBCA-155/2023-24 passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate, Aurangabad whereby and whereunder the learned Addl. District Magistrate, Aurangabad has partly allowed and confirm the order dated 03.10.2018, in T.S No. 482/2016, CIS No. 292/2016 passed by the Court of Sub-Judge-1, Aurangabad for Jamabandi with respect to allotted 1/3 part of the land under Schedule-VIII in favour of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 266, Plot

No. 194, area 30 decimal, Khata No. 133, Plot No. 876, area 02 decimal total area 32 decimal land.
(ii) To cancellation of Jamabandi No. 146 and 165 in the name of respondent no. 7 and Jamabandi be created in the name of petitioner whereby and where under the final decreed has already been passed in favour of petitioner vide Judgment dated 31.07.2022 with respect to the land in question, allotted to her, through T.S No. 482 of 2016, C.I.S No. 292/2016 passed by the Court of Sub-Judge-1, Aurangabad.
(iii) To issuance of writ in nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/ Writs, order and direction to direct the respondent authorities to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner.”
