for the Petitioner whose request for providing an opportunity of Physical Efficiency Test though was accepted but the Commission without taking Physical Efficiency Test has stopped the process of Recruitment arbitrarily.

ii. For in view of announcement by the BPSSC at Centre Shahid Rajendra Prasad Singh, Rajkiya Ucch Vidyalaya (Patna High School, Gardanibagh) on the date of fixed Physical Efficiency Test that Commission shall extend the Date of the Test on Medical Ground which was made by the Petitioner but the Commission now has not allowed the Petitioner for appearing in the Physical Efficiency Test.

iii. For commanding the Respondent Bihar Police SubOrdinate Commission to publish the Final Result of Advertisement No.01/2019 only after allowing the Petitioner to appear in Physical Efficiency Test since he has already qualified in Written Examination.

iv. For restraining the Respondents from publishing the result under Advertisement No. 01/2019 for the Post of Sub-Inspector
