The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the result of Gorea Kothi PACS under Gorea Kothi Block, Siwan election conducted on 24.11.2024 and its result dated 27.11.2024 in which respondent no. 6 was elected unopposed due to serious irregularities in the PACS Election, 2024 conducted in Gorea Kothi Panchayat, Siwan, Bihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has already filed an application on 29.08.2025 before

the Election Tribunal, Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, Patna challenging the legality and validity of the PACS Election, 2024 however, till date no action has been taken on his application.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has remedy available before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remedy before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, this writ application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna who shall decide the same in accordance with law.
