The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:

i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to Respondents to provide certified copy of order of Mutation Case No. 1157/18-19 on the basis of which Jamabandi No. 4337 was created, along with correction copy of the order which was not supplied inspite of repeated demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated requests, no certified copy in respect to order of Mutation Case No. 1157/2018-19 and Jamabandi No. 4337 has been supplied to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that vide Letter No. 1019, dated 04.07.2026, the same has been supplied to the petitioner.

Having heard the parties and in view of the stand of the State, the present writ petition is disposed of.
