In the present writ application, the petitioners

have prayed for the grant of the following relief:-

“That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order (s)/direction(s) commanding the respondents to complied the order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Director, Secondary Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna who transferred 243 assistant teachers, clerks, attendant (peon) from different schools/ offices of different district of Bihar to Regional Deputy Director of Education of 143 different district of Bihar including petitioners as serial no.-103, 100, 84, 98, 83 and 60. Petitioners are appointed as attendant (peon) on 11.08.2018, 10.09.2018 and 23.06.2020 in different schools of District -Gaya, Rohtas and Bhojpur but petitioners are deliberately not transferred till the date to Regional Deputy Director of Education (RDDE) Purnia after the said order. Mostly all are transferred, but till the date respondent's authority not transferred petitioners. Said order is not being obeyed and complied with and causing great pecuniary loss and hardship. Petitioners face hardship because they are resident of Kishanganj but they are working in District of Gaya, Rohtas and Bhojpur from 2018 which is 560 Km away from Kishanganj. Kindly directed to R.D.D.E Purnia for

immediate posting of petitioners .”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case is squarely covered by order dated 06.05.2025 passed in CWJC No. 11497 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 19.01.2026 passed in CWJC No. 617 of 2026 by this Court and by order dated 18.04.2026 passed in CWJC No. 5321 of 2026 by this Court. She therefore, prays that the present writ application may be disposed of in terms of those orders.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, this writ application is disposed of in terms of order dated 06.05.2025 passed in CWJC No. 11497 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, order dated 19.01.2026 passed in CWJC No. 617 of 2026 by this Court and order dated 18.04.2026 passed in CWJC No. 5321 of 2026 by this Court, and the respondent-Regional Deputy Director of Education Purnea is directed to allow the petitioners to join the Purnea Division in terms of the order of transfer dated 30.06.2022, issued by the Director, Secondary Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. The petitioner no.1 is currently posted in +2 High School, Chakand, District, Gaya, petitioner no.2 is currently posted in High School Maksudpur, Khijersarai, District Gaya, petitioner no.3 is posted in +2 High School, Babhani, District Rohtas,

petitioner no.4 is posted in High School Maksudpur, Khijersari, District Gaya, petitioner no.5 is posted in +2 High School Indrapuri, District Rohtas and petitioner no.6 is posted in +2 High School, Bariswar, Sahpur, Distric Bhojpur.

In the light of the above direction, the principals of the schools are also directed to immediately relieve the petitioners for joining at Purnea Division.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of to the extent indicated above.
