Heard Mr. Vinay Mistry, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhurjati Kumar Prasad, learned GP-14 representing the State.

The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

“for challenging the order dated 08.07.2023 passed by Divisional Forest Officer, Mithila Forest Division, Darbhanga contained in Letter No.1323 whereby and where under the Forest License granted to the firm namely M/s

Ajit Saw Mill was directed to produce the Land Lease directed agreement or shifted the saw mill to other suitable place/land within seven days otherwise the license will not be renewed, further directed the petitioner to stop the operation of saw mill otherwise the license will be suspended.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice that if he is allowed to approach the Divisional Forest Officer, Mitihila Forest Division, Darbhanga for the redressal of the grievances.
