2 25-06-2026 The present writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

“(i) For issuance of appropriate criminal writ(s) thereby commanding upon the official respondents to prevent/ stop the making construction on the survey plot no. 1753, under Khata no. 87 and Survey Plot no. 1759 under Khata no. 45. Total areas 19 Kathas 07 dhurs under Mauza Balesra, Thana No. 152, Tauzi No. 386, Baundry as North Mukesh Kumar Singh, South- Paine, East- Jamir Dhobi, West-Road, P.S.Daudpur, Block- Manjhi, Dist-Saran at Chapra, by the private respondent no. 6 to 14 on the disputed Plot which is/was purchased from joint fund in the Joint name of ancestor petitioner's father Late Shankar Singh, Baban Singh, Hem Narayan Singh and Hari Shankar Singh, by the private respondent no. 6 to 14 forcefully.

(ii) For further direction to the official respondents to direct to maintain the status quo on the instant survey plot and also maintain the peace by both parties till the decision of partition or allotting separate Share's in between the parties.

(iii) For grant of any other relief (s) as deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstance of the present case.”

From bare perusal of the reliefs claimed by the petitioner, it is apparent that the petitioner wants to involve this Court into some private dispute over right, title and possession over land as aforementioned. Evidently, the writ court has no business intervening in such matter, more so, when the relief claimed includes grant of status quo .

Therefore, the present writ petition could not be entertained in the light of averment made in the writ petition, especially in view of paragraph no. 10 of the writ petition.

Since the present petition is not maintainable, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to have recourse of law in appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum.
