As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he in connivance with the other F.I.R. named accused persons, manufactured forged documents to misappropriate the valuable assets of Math causing substantial loss and damage. It is also alleged that they threatened the Mahanth to kill or falsely implicate him in criminal cases. In praragraph 8 of the impugned order, there is a finding of the trial Court that there is
