Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Karandey P.S. Case no. 37 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 338, 279, 354(B) and 504 of the IPC.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons came at the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting her. Co-accused Sunny Chaudhary torn her clothes due to which she became half naked. When her family members tried to save her co-accused Sachin Kumar also assaulted them due to which they got injured.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no

offence. He further submits that the main allegation of assault is against co-accused Sunny Chaudhary and Sachin Kumar. Similarly situated co-accused namely Sunil Kumar Chaudhary @ Sunil Chaudhary has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86053 of 2025. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Karandey P.S. Case no. 37 of 2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM-1st Class, Sheikhpura, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the BNS.
