The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 299, 196(1), 196(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant alleges that during construction work of Radheshyam Temple, all the named accused persons including petitioner and 20-30 unknown attacked labourers with stone, bricks etc. and also made firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has alleged against this petitioner. In the alleged occurrence, no one sustained injury.
