Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per complaint case, on 23.05.2019, sister of complainant was married with this petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar in the year 2019 and after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the accused persons for dowry and lastly on 25.08.2023, the accused persons killed complainant’s sister.

petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased. He is in custody since 02.05.2025. He further orally submits that charge has already been framed on 20.02.2026 . The case is running for prosecution evidence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody, tardy progress of trial and other circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM Bhojpur at Ara in Complaint Case No. 1575 of 2023 .
