The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 13.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8559/ 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1645 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498A/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide order dated 13.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8559 of 2019 had directed the court below to decide the petitioner's claim for maintenance. It is further submitted that the said

direction has not yet been complied with by the opposite party

Considering the delay in pursuing the case, I am not

The learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order, by conducting the proceedings on a day-to-day basis.
