The victim’s statement recorded under Section-183

¶14

of BNSS shows that the petitioner was known to her and was on talking term with the victim for nine months. According to submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, she admitted the above-noted facts in her earlier part in the statement under Section-183 of BNSS but in later part, she has stated that on asking of the petitioner, she boarded on his car and he took her away.

The statement of the victim shows that the petitioner was known to her and she was in talking terms with him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03-
