Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. All the injuries to the injured are simple in nature except one injury in the left nasal bone with soft tissue swelling which is found grievous in nature. Informant has not disclosed the reason for the occurrence. Learned counsel

further submits that informant was teasing the women who were watching the band party, therefore, some scuffle took place in which informant sustained some injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
