Earlier, vide order dated 20.11.2025, this anticipatory

bail petition stood dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner no. 1 (Vilash Yadav).

The petitioners (petitioner nos. 2, 3 & 4) apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

As per prosecution case, daughter of informant was married to co-accused Bahadur Yadav in the year 2013. On 19.04.2025, daughter of informant informed her father that her in-laws are committing torture to her for dowry and as such, on

the next day, co-accused Vilash Yadav informed informant on phone that his daughter is no more and thereafter, informant with other family members went to matrimonial home of his daughter and saw the dead-body of his daughter. The villagers informed informant that his daughter has been killed by her inlaws family members.

Petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law (Devar) and petitioner no. 4 is married sister-inlaw of deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 03.12.2025. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Sherghati (Gayaji) in connection with Dobhi P.S.
