Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner,

learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, while opposing the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is fixed for statement of son of the deceased.

Considering the advanced stage of trial, the prayer
