The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 324(4), 303(2), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Allegation against petitioners is that they demolished the boundary wall of informant and also snatched Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of informant. They also forcibly evicted the labourers working at the site.

From perusal of paragraph – 2 of the supplementary affidavit, filed on behalf of petitioners, it appears that petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 have got one criminal antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 2 has got two criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, criminal antecedent and material, which has come during course of investigation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
