Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 206 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
