The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 for the offence under sections 191(2), 190, 191(3), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS lodged on 04.08.2025 by the informant, Raju Yadav.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that due to minor dispute, firstly, his son was abused, and later, all the accused persons brutally assaulted him causing head injury. As upon knowledge, others sons rushed to the place and they were also assaulted. The injured was referred to Nathnagar

Referral Hospital and then to Mayaganj Hospital, Bhagalpur where it was found that he has a broken skull. This led to the FIR.

The Coordinate Bench had called for the case diary which is on record and the Referral Hospital Nathnagar, Bhagalpur report dated 29.07.2025 shows that injury has been found to be grievous in nature.
