This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.05.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mufassil P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 whereby and whereunder the court concerned took cognizance under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act against the petitioner.
