The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 07.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, G.R. No. 578 of 2017 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners under Section 385/34 of the I.P.C.
