The petitioner is in custody in connection with Telmar P.S Case No. 12 of 2024 from the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Bihar Sharif at Nalanda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C and 25 (1-b) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner has fired bullet on the husband of the informant due to which husband of the informant sustained injury and later on he succumbed to death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also

submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.04.2024. It is next submitted that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2306 of 2025.

Since, earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2306 of 2025. This time also there is no fresh ground to consider his prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected once again.
