Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 74, 76, 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

Considering the nature of injury as per the opinion of the doctor, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

The petitioner may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on

the same day considering the fact that no case under Sections 8

and 12 of the POCSO Act is made out against the petitioner.
