Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that the petitioner was appointed as a teacher based on a forged and fabricated certificate.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her case

perhaps the instant FIR would not have been instituted, it is also submitted that if the privilege of anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove her innocence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
