counsel, duly assisted by Mr. Karu Kumar, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Anil Singh, learned Special Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the StateVigilance.

Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could commence his argument, learned Law Officer, representing the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, submits that in the case at hand, charges had already been framed on 11.09.2017 and thereafter seven witnesses were already examined out of total fifteen witnesses.
