The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and

apprehending his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.

943/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections

420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner alleged to obtain job in primary school as teacher in year 2005 on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that even petitioner was not aware about fabrication related to her mark-sheet as she on the basis of her matriculation certificate pursued her higher education and obtained other degree/certificate. of case Division Bench of this Court allowed to avail benefit of “Amnesty Scheme” and all such candidates who by availing scheme resigned from service or later on terminated by the State Agency from job, were granted anticipatory bail. Petitioner is a lady and claimed clean antecedent.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by

taking note of fact as several such accused persons were granted anticipatory bail by considering “Amnesty Scheme” as approved by this Court, accordingly petitioner above-named, who is a lady of clean antecedent, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of the learned JM, First Class, Danapur/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 943/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
