2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with
