Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2 . This is the 2^nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.

3 . Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 11.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 49092 of 2025 which reads as follows:-

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.

As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025.

The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of self inculpatory statement of co-accused.

The petitioner is also accused in 6 more cases of similar and serious nature.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined togrant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no T.I. parade has been held in this case.

In view of the above, the Superintendent of Police, Saran is directed to send a report in this case as to why in such cases, T.I. parade is not held in the District of Saran. The report must be received within two weeks after communication of a copy of this order.
