2 08-05-2026 The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of further four weeks time to surrender and furnish his bail bond in the learned trial court/concerned court.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 06.01.2026 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33125 of 2025, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, where four weeks time was granted to surrender and furnish his bail bond in the learned trial court.

It is submitted that petitioner is a poor person and living out of State for earning his livelihood and when he

returned to his home and enquired about his anticipatory bail, by that time the period, which was granted to him to surrender and furnish his bail bond before the learned trial court, has already expired.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the modification petition, further fifteen (15) days time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned trial court/concerned court and to furnish his respective bail bond i.e. on or before 23.05.2026.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands allowed and disposed off.
