The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 930 of 2022 instituted under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have taken a loan of Rs. 3,80,000/- from the complainant.

From the written receipt executed by the petitioner, it appears that it is a case of civil dispute and no offence is made out against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the matter relates to a civil dispute, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 930 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Needless to state that the complainant is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for recovery of his money in accordance with law.
