learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309(6) of BNS.

The case of the prosecution is that unknown miscreants along with two named persons have looted the vehicle of the informant while he was visiting a site.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during course of investigation, two persons are apprehended, namely, Arvind and Amit and they have given their confessional statement and they have named the petitioners in their

confessional statement. Learned counsel has submitted that the vehicle has been recovered from the possession of one Bharat Bhushan. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Save and except confessional statement, there is nothing against these petitioners. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 23.02.2026.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 379 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Patna City, Patna.
