Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

In the present case, the petitioner is

apprehending her arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025, dated 01.06.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per prosecution case, the minor daughter of

the informant was enticed away by the co-accused Shiv Chaudhary. When the informant went to the house of the coaccused to make complaint, petitioner and other co-accused persons pushed the informant and her husband away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The FIR has been lodged after a delay of almost four

months without any explanation. The allegation against the petitioner and two other co-accused persons Manoj Chaudhary and Putul Devi is that they drove the informant and her husband out from their house and except for that, there is no allegation against the petitioner. The FIR itself shows that the allegation is frivolous. The victim girl has been recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, wherein she did not support the prosecution case and did not make any allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is having antecedent of one case in which he is on bail.

Learned APP opposes the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the frivolous and vague nature of allegation against the petitioner without showing commission of any cognizable offence and further considering the possibility of false implication, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
