2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in

connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 74, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present matter due to village politics and land dispute. It is further submitted that there is a delay of three days in lodging

the FIR, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the injuries are simple. It is also submitted that the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and were not present at the place of occurrence.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

¶26

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with the petitioner’s fair and clean antecedent and also the fact that the injured persons sustained simple injury, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
