The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner kidnapped the minor

daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case with malicious motive. Further submission is that petitioner has not kidnapped the victim rather the victim on her own sweet will went to Allahabad where she called the petitioner and solemnized her marriage with him.
