Heard the parties.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No.83/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 341, 354(B), 379, 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

As per the case of prosecution, several co-accused persons including this petitioner, armed with various weapons, in order to grab the land of informant demanded extortion of Rs. 5 lakhs from the informant and snatched ornament and Rs. 4,000/- in cash.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner implicated with the present case due to land dispute. It is submitted that allegation of assault is appearing very much general and omnibus against all 41 named co-accused persons. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 34818/2025 dated 26.09.2025.
